Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the official website of Give Happiness Foundation. We are committed to maintaining transparency regarding our cancellation and refund policy for donations and contributions made through our payment gateway.

Cancellation of Donations

Donations made to Give Happiness Foundation support our charitable initiatives and welfare programs. Once a donation is made, it is considered final. However, cancellations and refunds may be granted under special circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate Transaction: If the donor accidentally donates more than once for the same cause.
  • Technical Error: If a donation was processed due to a technical glitch.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made fraudulently or without the donor’s consent.

To request a cancellation of a donation, please contact us within 12hrs of the transaction at [your email address] with details of the donation, including transaction ID, donation amount, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation of Contributions Towards Publications

For contributions made towards our publications:

  • If we receive a cancellation request before the order is processed or approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
  • If the order has already been processed/approved, a cancellation charge of 25% of the order value will apply.
  • Give Happiness Foundation reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees to accept the foundation’s decision regarding cancellations.

Your Agreement
